Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a gentle, yet powerful technique that can be learned by anyone. It is easy, efficient, and very effective. You can use it on yourself, your loved ones, and clients to decrease or eliminate stress, trauma, triggers, unwanted emotions, negative beliefs, fears, habits, cravings, and so much more. With EFT we can clear away that which is not wanted, so we can attract those things we do want in our lives. When we have a tool that can easily clear away the negative, we can begin to create our future with more fun, joy, happiness, and freedom.
EFT has also been very successful in helping issues such as weight loss, anxiety, sadness, depression, physical pain, anger, jealousy, phobias, low self-esteem, sports performance, headaches, chronic fatigue, and many, many more.

The 9 Gamut Procedure is a technique used after the the stressor reaches 1 or 0 that allows us to integrate the work done from the Tapping Sequence. Repeat the affirmation while following the steps below.
Repetition is Your Friend!
Emotional Freedom Technique is an incredibly powerful tool, however our beliefs can sometimes be multi faceted, and arise from multiple sources and experiences.
It is highly recommended to repeat this process with all triggers and issues surrounding a belief, in order to tap out it’s origin points and properly release that which we no longer need.
